ARTICLE 1: SITE PRESENTATION
The Naïa Swimwear website is operated by the sole proprietorship of Romane HENNEBERT. Throughout the site, the terms "I," "me," and "my" refer to Naïa Swimwear. By visiting this site and/or purchasing one of my products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
ARTICLE 2: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content on this site (swimsuit designs, photographs, texts, logos) is the exclusive property of Naïa Swimwear. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification, even partial, is strictly prohibited without my prior written consent. Any unauthorized use will be considered an infringement.
ARTICLE 3: ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
I strive to represent the colors and textures of my fabrics (recycled Lycra, Oeko-Tex) as accurately as possible. However, color perception can vary from one screen to another. Naïa Swimwear cannot guarantee that the display on your screen will be perfectly identical to the actual product.
ARTICLE 4: ORDERS AND PRODUCTION
Naïa Swimwear is an artisanal brand. Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. As each product is made-to-order, you agree to a production lead time of 10 business days before shipping. In the event of force majeure or an unusual peak in activity, I will personally inform you of any additional delay.
ARTICLE 5: PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you acknowledge that products made to your specifications (choice of fabrics, jewelry on demand) are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
ARTICLE 6: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Naïa Swimwear shall not be held liable for damages resulting from the misuse of products (failure to follow care instructions, inappropriate use of removable jewelry). The use of jewelry is under your sole responsibility.
ARTICLE 7: GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
