Shipping policy

Every Naïa Swimwear piece is handcrafted by me in Montpellier. Because I prioritize craftsmanship and quality, the lead times are as follows:

Production Times:

All orders (swimwear and jewelry) are made-to-order. Please allow 2 weeks (10 business days) for your pieces to be crafted before they are handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Methods:

• France & Europe: Shipping via various carriers available depending on the destination.

• Worldwide: International shipping available.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Order Tracking: As soon as your order leaves my atelier, you will receive an email with your tracking number to follow your package.
