No Right of Withdrawal:

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts involving the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

At Naïa Swimwear, every swimsuit and piece of jewelry is made exclusively to order based on your choice of fabrics and finishes.

Consequently, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once the order has been confirmed.

Hygiene:

For obvious hygiene reasons, swimsuits cannot be returned. I encourage you to carefully consult the size guide or contact me via the "Contact" tab if you have any doubts before placing your order.

Defective Items:

Despite all the care I put into my creations, if you notice a major manufacturing defect upon receipt, please contact me within 48 hours via the "Contact" tab with supporting photos so that we can find a solution.
