Article 1: Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the sale of creations under the brand Naïa Swimwear by Romane HENNEBERT.

Article 2: Products & Craftsmanship

Swimsuits are hand-sewn using recycled and Oeko-Tex certified Lycra. Jewelry is assembled to order with a 316L stainless steel base, which may include cultured pearls, resin, paint, or glass. The artisanal nature of the work means that each piece is unique; slight variations in patterns or colors (due to screen settings) cannot be considered defects.

Article 3: Liability & Usage

  • Allergies: Naïa Swimwear uses high-quality materials (stainless steel, Oeko-Tex). However, the business cannot be held liable for individual skin reactions or allergies.

  • Jewelry: Jewelry pieces are removable and intended for purely aesthetic purposes. They must not be handled roughly. Naïa Swimwear declines all liability in case of misuse, breakage due to improper handling, or ingestion (keep out of reach of children).

  • Care: Failure to follow care instructions (hand wash, rinsing after exposure to salt/chlorine) releases the brand from liability in the event of premature wear.

Article 4: Price and Payment

  • Currencies: Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the customer while browsing the site. Naïa Swimwear reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.

  • Taxes and Customs: For orders destined for countries outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, or import duties may be required by local authorities. These costs are not the responsibility of Naïa Swimwear and are the sole responsibility of the buyer, regarding both declarations and payments. It is the customer's responsibility to check with the competent authorities in their country.

  • Payment: Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payment is made by credit card or any other secure payment method offered on the site.
